The promulgation is the act that allows to the president of state to give the laws approved by the parliament an exicutory force , this procedure changes according to the constitutional regime nature.

In the algerian constitutional regime , the promulgation has a particular function , nature and extent that made of it an opposition right to the law-making process in the hands of the president of the republique , in another word the president has become an integral part of the the legislative power.
