It was widely spread in the domain of Makasid researches and studies that the majority of Fikh schools enriched Makassed schools deeply as for as its application is concerned, especialy ;Maalikis researches.

This article was designed to reveal one side of the ibadhi school concerns,since, it was not known before by scholars that this latter school was interested in working with chariaa Maksid Ibadhi school employed Makasid concerns in its working syllabus.

As a sample to this research, we selected one famous Ibadhi’s scholor known as « atofish » chik to introduce (Fikh Almakassed)
