It must act to promote the awareness about the world’s problems, and to mobilize itself and its students and the whole community to confront and to contribute in order to make the future and to participate in the human civilization by cooperating with all the elements of the universal social system, thus it is depending on the university to realize the welfare and overall development, through what it has undertaken by the miscellaneous roles and comprehensive development (human resource development, scientific research, community service) in which the development cannot be achieved without making the university one of the operational tools for this humanitarian requirement, but rather the first tool that leads to the qualified development for the advancement of communities.
