This study aimed to recognize the social skills and their relationships with psychological health, the study applied on a random sample consisted of 80 male and female students, 30 male students, and 50 female students, distributed on them two measures to measure the social skills and psychological health levels on a sample of second year high school students.

The researcher has used the analytical descriptive method to adapt it to the nature and goals of the study, and the data that was found was analysed using the statistical packs program for the social sciences (spss) and the study concluded to many results, and the most importants ones are : The study results showed that there is a strong positive relationship and a statistical significance between the social skills and psychological health for a sample of high school students.

The study results showed that there is no diffrences with statistical significance between the sexes at the level of psychological health for a sample of students.

The study results showed that there is no differences with statistical differences between the sexes at the level of soacial skills for a sample of students.
