The clarity of the terminology used in science is a prerequisite for progress, and keeping pace with the times, because the confusion and chaos and blurry understanding performing to deterioration and stagnation, the moslems tried to stand in this study the term concepts and mechanisms of its development, with a view to enriching the terminological vision and deepen the perception about the fact and the nature of its components, and its requirements and dimensions, as well as see the importance of taking care of the matter of terminology with a view to enriching the terminological dictionary and override problems of poverty culture arabic terminology.
