The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of programming in kids channels, in the era of the digital revolution and value transformationsthat‟s the society took place, sowe‟regoing to identify indicators of programming in kids Arabic channels which are the type of property, broadcasting type and language, geographic coverage, hours of broadcasting, programs type, théme and moral content..finally the study results were that programming in these channels seems like more extempore and not based on studies or planning, thereisno balance between programs apartfrommarginalizing the majority of them, adopt apolicy of filling the void and concentrating on quick profit, givecartoons the first place in programming, analienationstatuscovered the majority of production elements process.
