Since its first appearance ,the Internet has been a space for people to meet and exchange information and experiences .The technological development of the present era has deepened the social dimensions of the network and led to the emergence of a range of applications which have revolutionized the human communication and correspondence .It has also led to a significant change in human lifestyles and the ways of interaction between individuals .Social networks are therefore considered one of the most popular applications that have contributed to creating virtual societies parallel to real societies .This made interaction process with people from around the world easier.

The Virtual communities provided by the social networks have allowed the user to interact with other users in a way that is almost similar to what actually exists .They have also provided other features such as going beyond time and space and eliminating the impact of real identity components on interpersonal interaction.

Furthermore ,They contributed to bringing the borders closer by creating a special language shared by users of these networks .The present paper ,then ,seeks to address these specificities by further uncovering the nature of social relationships on social networks and the mechanisms of interaction on these virtual spaces focusing on the most important effects they have on relations between individuals and societies in general.
