The internet becomes a useful communication means in the success of public relations work of any project, whatever political, economical, social or cultural, this matter had paid attention to this area and then have been used by many countries to improve their image to the external audience through measured and organized programs transmitted via the revolution forms of communication which experienced these days by the modern world, and the Internet is considered as one of the main channels of modern communication and information.

The emergence and the spread of Internet with its all applications and services formed a great opportunity for government institutions to promote the community socially, economically and technologically, depending on the great development of the network to achieve the aims of public relations in order to produce the desired effect on the internal audience which is the foundation stone in through the public relations take off to external audience and public opinion, in addition, to bringing the desired impact of infusion the information and ideas on an ongoing forms to the target audiences .

On this basis, this study includes several axes of the construction of the public relations profession in the contemporary institutions and the importance of convoy to the technological development in general, and the Internet in particular, then the study focuses on the methods of public relations in the international sphere, and the employment of such methods in a directed media contents on the Internet as a means of information used to redefine the international image against the outside world.
