This study aims to identify the views of teachers in the Directorate of Education for Altaybah and Alwasteyah schools in Irbid governorate on the role of school administration in developing and enhancing their creativity.

The researcher used the descriptive method in his research and he used an electronic questionnaire distributed randomly on the research sample in order to collect the necessary data for research.

The research community consists of teachers and teachers of the public schools in the Directorate of Education for Altaybah and Alwasteyah schools of (50) The number of teachers and teachers is more than (1600 teachers), while the number of members of the research sample (250) teachers and teachers (105) teachers and (145) teachers.

The researcher used many statistical methods through the Social Statistics Package (SPSS) in the analysis of the data.

Among the most important conclusions reached by the researcher: It is from the point of view of the teachers in the Directorate of Education for Altaybah and Alwasteyah of Irbid governorate about the role of school administration in developing and enhancing their creativity was medium, and the existence of differences of statistical significance in the opinions of the sample on the study tool according to the variable of experience.
