The study aimed to identify all aspects of vocational guidance for persons with disabilities in terms of its concept, its origin, objectives, foundations, principles and benefits.

The theoretical study showed some ways to reach the appropriate vocational guidance such as providing suitable training programs for people with disabilities and their families with regard to professional guidance and preparing and training specialized human cadres in the field of guidance And provide schools and institutes with such cadres and equip the schools with a special section for the vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities with the presence of a professional professional with a high degree of competence and the need to follow up with the disabled after employment in the public and private sector to see how settled Professional guidance not only depends on the choice of profession, but also the establishment of exhibitions, seminars, workshops and conferences in the field of vocational guidance for people with disabilities and their families in order to enable them to develop their professional ideas.
