One of the most prominent features of the Quranic text is its very strict selection of vocabularies, this strictness makes Quranic vocabularies language units that cannot give up their position to other units, though they seem synonymous.

The construction of the text on this kind of absolute firmness generates a correlation between its language, position, context and its signification even if it werea scientific concept.

So this paper tries to shed light on this phenomenon - we mean the correlation - and the factors that contribute to produce it.

This phenomenon qualifies the Quranic vocabulary to be a scientific term and readyto be a thesaurus of it.

And in order for this text to enriched with vocabularies, it be must be invested as one of the solutions of the Arab terminology crisis.

We have provided a lexical and terminology study of only two samples: the fault and wedge or (root) as called in Geology, to show clearly the correlation between the two vocabularies within the recent geological concepts.
