The study aims to identify the role of training provided by civil society organizations in reducing unemployment of graduates.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as the research tool for collecting data.

The sample of the study comprises of (70) graduates of Palestinian Universities in the Gaza Strip.

The findings showed that the reality of the evaluation of training in civil society organizations recorded a relative weight of (75.4%), which means strongly agree.

However, the role of training in reducing the unemployment of graduates recorded a relative weight of (63,2%).

There is significant differences in the role of training provided by civil society organizations in reducing the unemployment of graduates in relation to the gender variable in favor of females.

Moreover, there is no differences on the role of training provided by civil society organizations in reducing unemployment of graduates due to the gender variable in males, work status, academic qualification, age and the duration of post-graduate training in Civil Society Organizations.
