In many countries, technology is involved in activities related to the electoral process ,In some cases, it is essential to hold elections.

Proper application of technology in elections can increase administrative efficiency, reduce financial costs, increase political transparency and the extent of political participation.

Technology developed during the 20th century and the early years of the 21st century, Has made radical changes in the management of elections and in the way elections are conducted.

The organization of modern elections nowadays depends largely on technology, but these applications differ from country to country according to the nature of the society and its environment Political and cultural, even in developed societies we see this difference in the application of the technology of the electoral process.

Therefore, this study will seek to examine the main fields of the technology of the electoral process.
