فاعلية كل من الاختبارات الإلكترونية و الاختبارات الورقية في قياس التحصيل الأكاديمي : دراسة تجريبية على طلاب ماجستير التربية في تكنولوجيا التعليم بجامعة السودان للعلوم و التكنولوجيا

الملخص EN

This study aimed at measuring the efficiency of an electronic test in measuring students’academic achievement of post graduate studies in comparison with traditional tests which depend on paper and pen.

The study also aimed to identify the advantages and the difficulties that face the implementation of electronic tests.

The researchers used the experimental and descriptive approachs.

The sample was purposefull and consisted of (40) master degree students in instructional technology speciality from batches six and seven.

The sample was devided into two equivalent groups with (20) participants in each.

One as the expermental group and the other one as the controlled group.

The data collection tools included: An assessment test, observation, and a questionnaire.

The researchers used the (SPSS) program for data analysis.

The most important findings of the study showed that the experimental group students gained more points and marks compared to the traditional paper-based one, at the level of statistical significance (0.05) on the level of the topics of remembering, understanding and analysing.

The study results also proved that electronic tests have many advantages, as well as some difficulties that may occur during the use of electronic tests.

The study recommended implementing electronic tests widly in the educational institutions, and measuring its efficiency in the evaluation process.
