He who searches in the views of Sayed Khan and his positions, will note the general features and the common characteristics; these features and characteristics represents the intellectual basis on which the followers of this school of thought based their introduction to Islam and their modern representation of Islam.

The most important of these features are the following: the First is reality as a basis in the interpretation of the Koran and its verdicts.

The second: humanity as a basis to deal with the texts of Sunnah.

The third: the rejection of the legitimacy of Ijma, The fourth: the interim interpretation of Islamic law.

The Fifth: the historical basis in dealing with the verdicts of the Islamic jurisprudence.

The sixth: the nationalist and populist standards in interpreting the Sharia and its verdicts.

The seventh: using the secular reference in dealing with Islam and its verdicts.

The eighth:the arbitration of mental logic, and the ninth: the call to a free Ijtihad.

The followers of this school of thought presented a detailed visions of these features.These detailed visions had a significant impact on a number of pioneers of the reform movements in the Arabian Levant and the Islamic world.

This study worked on analyzing their stands in a critical vision showing the dimensions of their ideas and its effects.

This study concluded that the features of this innovative school of thought are not without right in its origins, but they are excessive and fabricated in terms of how to applicat it and the intended purposes.
