This study dealt with the issue of consensus in the fundamentals of jurisprudence concerning the impact of the common sense, and the view of the jurists, with the aim of collecting this subject in one author so that it is easy for its purposes to be addressed and studied.

This study was a modest attempt to demonstrate the impact of the common sense in the consensus of fundamentalist fundamentalism, by mentioning the consensus, in terms of definition and importance, and follow the conclusion of the words in the subject.

And the statement to consider the unanimous opinion of those who say the consensus, and it is not significant to say unanimously with the statement of the conditions of the diligent, and then concluded the speech conclusion, conclusions and recommendations.

In the course of my talk, I have shown that the introduction of the word al-awam by the jurists and the fundamentalists was the cause of a verbal dispute, and that their purpose was common among those who were not knowledgeable, and a statement of the belief of those who were idle and had attained the level.
