I have spoken in this research about the Prophet's view to the poetry as it is a prophetic sunnah, and I divided it into four topics; in which I devoted the first to the sayings of the prophet - all prayers and blessings of Allah be upon him - that concerning to poetry, the second to the acts of the prophet -all prayers and blessings of Allah be upon him - concerning to poetry, the third was to the Prophet's reports to poetry ,then I concluded this research with a conclusion where the most prominent results were: 1)Sunni use of poetry as a weapon in the face of enemies, praise to who says , pray for them to support it, encourage, stand by him, listen imitate to it, and take the means to help to publish.

2)Poetry is permissible if it does not include a legal taboo, and it mandoob if it come praise of Islam and its people, and insulting the infidels, and instigating a fight aggressors.

3)The poetry is a kind of speech may includes a good one, or ugly.

4)Those who underestimate the poetry, despise it, and despise its people, violates a Sunnah of Mustafa' sunnahs; and therefore he sin on that violation.
