Contemporary political systems are based on three powers: the executive, the legislature and the judiciary.
The relationship between the three powers, and especially between the executive and the legislature, is the subject of much debate between jurists and legislators, given the importance of this relationship on the basis of which the nature of the political systems of the states can be described.

The relationship between the executive and the legislature in Algeria, like other countries, plays a vital role in the qualification of its political system and the determination of its nature.
الملخص FRE
Les systèmes politiques contemporains sont fondés sur trois pouvoirs : le pouvoir exécutif, le pouvoir législatif et le pouvoir judiciaire.
La relation entre les trois pouvoirs, et surtout entre le pouvoir exécutif et législatif fait objet d’un grand débat entre les juristes et les législateurs vu l’importance de cette relation sur la base de laquelle on peut qualifier la nature des systèmes politiques des Etats.
La relation entre le pouvoir exécutif et législatif en Algérie, à l’instar des autres pays, jour un rôle essentiel dans la qualification de son système politique et la détermination de sa nature.
