The objective of this research is an attempt to understand (or identify) the effects of a commercial accreditation contract, by spelling out if these effects are similar to those we find in traditional commercial contract with in the context of general rules, or does these effects have their own characteristics having in mind that the role of the less or within the accreditation commercial contract is only a role of a funds provider.

This is what we will attempt to determine throughout this research.

In order to answer the question, we will present the effects of this contract to the lessor and the lessee in two areas , which are presented in the first to the lessor’s obligations and the second to the lessee’s obligations.
