The Constitutional Council is a constitutional organism , Whose primary task is to oversee the constitutionality of the law , Based on the principle of the supremacy of the Constitution , And the subordination of the other laws , And was amended by the Constitutional Amendment 2016 with a number of amendments , trying to strengthen its role And to devote its independence and neutrality.
However, this autonomy remains limited in particular Under the domination of the executive authority On this Council, And the absence of self-notification authority, its work Linked to the notification authority exercised by the competent constitutional authorities , Which affected its oversight role, independence and neutrality
الملخص FRE
Le Conseil constitutionnel est un organisme constitutionnel dont la tâche principale est de contrôler la constitutionnalité de la loi, sur la base du principe de la suprématie de la Constitution, et la subordination des autres lois, et a été amendé par l'amendement constitutionnel de 2016 avec un certain nombre des amendements, en essayant de renforcer son rôle et de consacrer son indépendance et sa neutralité.
Cependant, cette autonomie reste particulièrement limitée.
Sous la domination du pouvoir exécutif sur ce conseil, et l’absence d’autorité d’auto-notification, son travail est lié à l’autorité de notification exercée par les autorités constitutionnelles compétentes, ce qui a affecté son rôle de neutralité.
