The aim of this research is to investigate the role of Management Information Systems in enhancing the organizational trust of the employees of the Central Bank of Iraq.

To achieve the aim of the research, descriptive approch was used by designing the questionnaire, and distributed of (60) form through a random sample of the number of individuals working in the Central Bank.

The research found that there is a significant correlation between the components of management information systems and organizational trust at the level of the organization in question.

The research presented a number of proposals, the most important of which is the need to provide the necessary support by the management of the organization to the units of information systems and specialized personnel to develop information systems, thus achieving the main aim in providing information to users and help in decision making, especially senior management.
