This study will address the relationship between the administrative reform and overall performance operations of companies and its role in improving the performance of individuals.

The main research question which will be answer in the findings and recommendations is: Are administrative reform processes affect, directly or indirectly companies improving in the overall performance, including improving the performance of individuals within these companies? The research will review the most important terms which are dealt with this item and the most important factors that affect this process, and also will summarize the administrative reform process that can have a positive impact on performance, especially in motivating individuals operations.

The research will identify the methods of administrative reform processes and it aims to study the relationship between it and improve the performance of organizations with its reflection on the productivity of individuals.
