This study sheds light on subject {legal challenges that faced online shopping} by reviewing the legal principles in UAE law and compare the same with legislative approaches and various jurisprudence.

The problem of this study is on many questions related to this type of transactions including spread of untrusted websites through different digital applications, technical errors that occur between contractors especially when dealing with systems that designed and programmed automatically to and deal with natural persons.

In order to find solutions for such problems, the paper depends on analytical descriptive approach for regulated description of facts and Characteristics that related to the specific problem and analyze the content scientifically to answer the questions that raised in this study.

This study concluded with several remarks and suggestions: nonexistence of controls in respect with organizing sale and purchasing through websites especially with regard to grant license to exercise an activity, not indicating to the consumer right to cancel the transaction during specific time limit.

The study suggests UAE laws should adopt necessary legal restrictions to grant electronic license as a condition to exercise the activity.

In addition, the study suggests UAE laws should adopt which give the consumer an opportunity to cancel the purchase transaction unconditionally during not more than 1 week as from date of receiving the good.
