The great openness of markets and The rapid development of technology, and increased competitiveness among Financial Markets, have led the latter to the need to develop their competitive advantage, In order to stay in business domain and keep pace with rapid changes in the environment in which they are active.

Where the most successful financial markets are different and distinguished in their competitiveness and the value they offer to their customers, which makes it difficult to imitate these capabilities and thereby achieve superiority over competitors.

In this study, we tried to define the competitive advantage of the financial markets, identify the most important indicators that determine the degree of competitiveness of a financial market, and compare the financial markets of Algeria, Morocco and Turkey.

The result was that the Turkish financial market is the most competitive among the three markets, Creating a significant position among international financial markets and enabling it to compete internationally
