This research attempts to apply the individual stylistics on modern Arabic literature as advocated by the linguist Leo Spitzer.

The researcher chose a short story by the Egyptian writer Yusuf Idris, the story of a "House of Flesh" to be the subject of research and application.

The researcher divided the research into two parts, in addition to an introduction and a conclusion.

In the introduction, the researcher introduced the idea he wants to apply.

The first part of the study attempts to clarify the methodological framework of the study, beginning with the intellectual and linguistic roots from which the Individual stylistic was nurtured and depended on in the formation of its methodology and then clarify this methodology and steps to be followed by the critic as well as the cognitive qualities that should be applied during the application to literary texts.

On the other hand, the second part tries to apply this methodology to the above story by analyzing the story and tracking the stylistic features to reach to the psychological basis that moves the mind of the writer and then link it to the cultural spirit, which corresponds to the mind of the writer.

In conclusion, the researcher presents his findings by reading the story in light of his individual stylistic steps.
