The title of this study: a statement of the foundations of the methodology through the Holy Quran and Sunnah.

It is based on extracting the legal texts that have to do with the method of scientific research prevailing today.After the extraction of these texts they had been included under the bases of the methodology; the first of these is the collection of information, then data documenting, and finally the objectivity.

Through this research,theresearcherreaches a number of results: 1 / Effective contribution of the texts of the Quran and Sunnah in the development of scientific research methodology.

2 / the diversity of the texts of the Quran and Sunnah and their comprehension to the most important foundations of the methodology that is common today.

3 / the increase of the number of the texts of Quran and Sunnah that are applied in the field of scientific research.
