the purpose of this study is to examine the Problematic of balance between , the human rights protection and anti-terrorisme.

The human rights have been widely violated because of conter-terrorisme strategy, which pushed The United Nations and regional organizations to make efforts to alleviate these violations by supporting the legal and institutional system concerned with the protection of human rights.

However, these international efforts still face several obstacles related to the concept of terrorism and challenges of a legal and judicial nature that require urgent and effective solutions, that will contribute to restoring the lost balance between the protection of human rights and the fight against international terrorism
