The Research aims :1-to identify the level of leadership styles used by senior management in the college and sections of physical education and sports science from the point of view of teachers and administrators.

2-identify the level of resistance shown by the teachers and administrators of the decisions of change by reflecting their point of view in the process of made by their superiors.

3-to identify the nature of the relationship and impact between the leadership styles of senior management in the faculty and sections of physical education and sports science and to resist the decisions of change shown by the trainees and administrators.

to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used a questionnaire on the effect of administrative leadership styles on the decision-making process prepared by Abbas (2012).

the questionnaire consists of (16) paragraphs divided equally into four dimensions (democratic style, lenient style, autocratic style, and the data was statistically calculated using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, ionizing ratio, alpha coefficient, and simple multiple regression.

the statistical program spss was used in data analysis.
