The problem of the study is summarized in how to deal with the challenge facing human resources management in various facilities in the society, which lies in the compatibility between the employee high attendance-leave punctuality and maintaining their high morale and job satisfaction taking into the consideration the urgent need of using the modern systems that promotes the employee discipline, including using electronic fingerprinting devices in recording employee attendance and leave.

The problem of the study also researches on the relationship between using such devices and the great strategy of human resources management represented in the continuous motivation of employees and maintaining the high level of their satisfaction, loyalty and confidence coupled with great flexibility in dealing with them, as all these are immediate causes for rising their productivity.

Therefore, the main objective of the study was to research the impact of using electronic fingerprinting devices in recording the employee attendance and leave and its consequent effects on their morale with its different components.

The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method; in the office through study of secondary resources, previous studies and published opinion surveys, and in the field through designing a questionnaire and distributing it through the electronic mails, social media as well as funded advertisements with a view to reach the greatest number of employees working in facilities that use the electronic fingerprinting devices for attendance-leave recording.

The questionnaires were collected and the results have been analyzed, following which the recommendation of the study were written.

The most important results of the study were: emphasizing the research sample on the using of fingerprinting devices as it is the best alternatives in achieving the work discipline without a significant drop in their morale.

However, they require the efficient utilization of those devices (by achieving equity through applying them to everyone without exception) be observed, in addition to the continuous awareness-rising to create a general culture among employees about the expected interests of respecting the rules, and the high flexibility that must accompany their use be observed.

They also emphasize that the use of the fingerprint recognition system varies between the different facilities in the society according to the level of punctuality in attendance and leave these facilities require such as: Banks, hospitals, educational facilities, etc.

Nevertheless, the research sample prefers the employee evaluation to be based on achievement rather than the number of attendance hours, and warn against depending on this procedure alone in proving employee efficiency.

The most important recommendation of the study: is that using the fingerprinting devices in attendance-leave recording represent the best alternatives in order to achieve the work punctuality in employee working hours on the condition that the efficiency of their use be observed which means taking a package of measures that aim to enhance this efficiency alongside with continuous awareness-rising about cultivating the notion of self-censorship and fear of Almighty God which would lead to perfecting work and improving production, in addition to not relying on these devices alone to achieve self-discipline and internal control.

In all cases, it is preferable to exercise flexibility, take into consideration the psychological conditions, individual differences and all that affect morale, and be careful not to disregard these principles intentionally or unintentionally so as not to negatively affect the productivity of workers and limit the Attendance and Departure- Job Discipline- HR Management- Motivation Policies- Self Control- Job Satisfaction- Productivity- Performance Efficiency - Efficiency.
