This researcher aimed at identifying:- 1.

The styles of Mind Power for universities teachers.

2.

Differences in Mind Power with the styles for universities teachers according to the variables: sex (male, female), specialty (scientific, Humanitarian), and universities: (Mustansiriya, Babylon, Kufa, Basra and Qadisiyah).

To achieve the objective of the research, the researcher built a gauge to measure the styles of Mind Power for universities teachers.

after Psychometric characteristics related reliable and valid account that has been applied to the sample consisting of (480) males teaching and females teaching of scientific and humanitarian branches in five universities members, namely: (Mustansiriya, Babylon, Kufa, Basra and Qadisiyah), has been chosen as the sample stratified random way with equal distribution.

After data collection and statistical analysis the current search found the following results: The treatment of Mind Power for universities teachers style is the style of (Abstract – Random), and The differences in Mind Power in accordance with the variable styles: (sex, specialization, and the university) In light of these results it has been developing a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.
