The current study aims to knowing the moral Integrity at the Adults and agnts, and knowing the significance of difference in moral Integrity according to age and jender.

The sample of this study consists of (155) male and female adults and agnts from lecturer of universitys in bahgdad.

To achieve the aims of this study, a tool has been prepared to measure the moral Integrity, it consisted in its final form from (39) items.

The reliability is computed by using alpha cronbach coefficient for internal consistency, it was (0,87).

The results have indicated that the level of moral Integrity was high.

and there was no significance difference in moral Integrity according to age and jender..
