Studies on human development in Arab countries, particularly Algeria, are better conducted when they address the issue of gender inequality, as discussing development with special focus on the essential role that plays the woman in different societies is primordial.

To determine the contribution of Algerian women in the various development programs in order to alleviate poverty, marginalization and exclusion through their daily life and to know the procedures followed in order to enable them and access to everything that helps in the process of completing the improvement of their social, economic and political conditions and enhancing their role.

The latter is reflected on how much they are involved in the economic and social sphere, which is a determinant of human development in the world.

This paper will answer the following problem : How could Algerian women activate their role in society in order to achieve human development commensurate with the level of their aspirations ?
