The radical political changes in the wake of the end of the Cold War directly affected the International role of Turkey, a country unique in its location in both the eastern and western worlds.

Though the end of the bipolar world seemed to portend Turkey’s decline in strategic importance to the West, in fact, the changing international order has loosened the constraints within which Turkey can act, potentially redirecting its foreign policy and, as a result, tempering its predominantly western orientation.

the study indicates that the political changes in the Middle East region have entailed a number of restrictions and opportunities for the new Turkish strategy towards the Middle East region.

this study aims to identify the nature of the Turkish role in the Middle East and to read and analyze the political strategic dimensions of the current Turkish role in the Middle East.

The study relies on the answer of the problem submitted on the descriptive analytical method in order to identify the Turkey's Current Role in the Middle East, opportunities and Challenges, after the Arab spring.
