This study deals with the study of the attitudes of students of Sudan University in the use of telephones Smart access to electronic information sources and knowledge of how students are able to access Sources of electronic information, the research also aims to highlight smart phone applications that Launched by the University of Sudan open to students to use in access to sources of information.

The researcher used descriptive descriptive method, and the most important results that 84% prefer Use their smartphones to access electronic information sources by Internet, as we find one of the most important services provided by the University of Sudan open through The website, which is obtained by the respondents through their smart devices, (Interactive services) and (the website), and have reached the level of knowledge of the services provided by the university by telephone.

The study recommended increasing the level of knowledge of the smart phone services offered by the university Which is available to all students.

It also recommended diversifying and increasing the services offered by the university for use on the smart phone and the need for training for the providers of teaching and learning services by the university
