The present study is an investigation into "Incriminating the revelation of official secrets".

Of course it takes into account that the act itself _ being revealed, invdving the disclosure of illegal secrets with which you are entrusted by virtue of his post is a criminal act pursuant to the criminal law .

Consequently , the duty of an official or whoever performs a public sexvice is protecting and preserving data and /or documents to which one may have access whether in a printed form or electronically .Moreover ,this study will deal with the legal effects resulting from the illegal disclosure of official secrets .

The significance .

of the study springs from the uncovering of decisions pertaining to the objective foundations of the secrecy of these documents and data through laying an objective framework.

The importance of the study is also demonstrated in imposing penal responsibitity on confronting the violation committed by illegal disclosure for attaining the protection of public property and public interests as will as permeating confidence down to public service and performance of public sector officials.
