This study seeks to highlight the fundamentals of the Wail's Work at Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) , by adopting the message he sent to Abdullah bin Al Najashi the Wallis of Ahwaz , and it knows the (Message of the Ahwaz) .

Which contained fundamental and important aspects of the administration of the Wali and his work as an administrative officer in the Islamic state , in an effort to elevate the administrative system and provide it better for the benefit of the general Muslims .

The researcher relied on the objective historical approach in the presentation of the research paragraphs , and was in three detectives , the first topic titled (The Wali in the language and terminology) , and the second topic was titled (Abdullah Al Najashi and the credibility of his message) , and the third detective was titled (The Basics of the work of the Wali at Imam Jafar Sadiq peace be upon him ) It is the heart of this study , and then the conclusion , and the list of sources and references .
