The objective of the research is to identify the impact of the participatory e-learning strategy in the environment of social communication applications on learning the basic skills in the chest swimming, the preparation of educational units in the e-learning strategy to learn the basic skills in the chest and prepare a page for learning the breast swimming on the social networking site (Facebook).

The research hypotheses were: There were no statistically significant differences between the remote tests in the chest swimming test with the two men only for a distance of 20 m There were no statistically significant differences between the remote tests in the chestarm test for only 20 meters.

There were no statistically significant differences between the remote tests in the chest swimming test for 25 m.

The research society was selected by the students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad, the number of (81) students for the academic year 2016-2017, divided into three divisions, and was selected sample random search of the (54) (27) students in each division, and after excluding the sample of the pilot experiment, the sample of the research was selected (40) students divided into (20) students per division, ie (49.3%).

The average age of the total sample (20 years), and the researchers assumed that the sample is homogeneous because the female students from the beginnings and their ages and levels are close and within one study stage and only females.

After processing the data, the following results were obtained: 1-The educational units developed with the strategy of e-learning participatory have a positive impact in learning the basic skills of swimming chest.

2-The experimental group showed a remarkable development in all tests through the significance of differences and demonstrated by the results of the post-test.

3-The participatory e-learning strategy integrates the knowledge of the learners and the knowledge of experts in the field, which helps to overcome the barriers during the learning process and keep abreast of the scientific developments in the field.

4-Participatory e-learning strategy has transformed female students from receiving information into posts.

5-Participatory e-learning provides responsibility for students, whether individuals or groups, about their achievements, highlighting their respective roles, helping to evaluate their roles individually and evaluating their role as a whole.

6- .Participatory e-learning enables the exchange of learning resources among students, which helps them to communicate with all parties in the educational process and to express their own ideas freely.

The researchers recommend that: 1 - Use the strategy of e - learning participatory in the teaching of various games and events within the curriculum of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences for the participation of students in lectures, as well as keep them away from the traditional context
