The objective of the research was to identify the degree of psychological exhaustion of the students of the first stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and to identify the relationship between psychological exhaustion and the performance of some offensive skills for the students of the first stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences.

The researcher used the descriptive approach, Research on (216) students representing the first stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Mosul University for the academic year (2017-2018),The research sample consisted of (82) students.

The sample of the application reached (25) students.

The research tools included: (Psychological exhaustion), which consists of (50) paragraphs, and has been conducting scientific transactions for the scale, The following measures were used: the arithmetic average, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient, the T test, the Spearman-Brown equation, the mean of the scale, And the percentage, and the researcher reached a number of conclusionsThe students of the first stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences have a severe psychological exhaustion, as the result is negative and therefore will affect the level of progress in the field of the game, there is a correlation between the psychological scale of mental exhaustion And the degree of the two tests
