The current research aims to know the effect of round table on developing historic concepts and for second intermediate class pupils.

To achieve this aim, six hypotheses were made.

The researcher used two equivalent groups experimental design: acontrol and experimental.

The researcher intentionally chose two schools: Al-Fitowa male intermediate to make division (A) the experimental (using round table with (12) pupils.

The second was Thulfikar male and females intermediate to make division (B) the control group that used traditional method with (14) pupils The sample was total of (26).

Researcher equalized both groups in the following (social sciences degree for first intermediate class for the year 2017-2018.

Average of second intermediate class pupils for the first term of the year (2018-2019) time age measured in months, parents academic level IQ variables To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher male an achievement test of (23) items of multiple choices.
