The study sought to identify the relationship between the working women and its effects on family stability.

The research attempted to study the stable elements of the family through books, references and studies that deal with family issues.

The study focuses on the wife's relationship with her husband, her relationship with her children, her satisfaction with her family and social status, her ability to achieve her goals and self-affirmation in her community and linking these axes to independent variables such as the wife's age, the number of her children, and the duration of the marriage.

The study compared two equal samples of working and non-working women, to compare the results of statistical analysis and whether the work had a negative or positive impact on family stability.

The research also enlightened the results of the study of social action theory and the role.

The study used the survey method to know the characteristics of the sample using the data collection tool questionnaire, and then analyze the results and disseminate them to the study community.

The results of the study showed that women's work does not negatively affect their relationship with their husbands or children.
