تعرض هذه الدراسة نظاما مقترحا لتحسين صياعة المقالات العلمية حسب إرشادات و قوالب المجلات العلمية.
إن طريقة إعادة الصياعة اليدوية المستخدمة من قبل المؤلفين و المحررين تحتاج إلى الكثير من الوقت و الجهد، و النظام المقترح هو نظام شبه أتوماتيكي يقلل من الوقت و الجهد إلى معدلات كبيرة.
يتم استخدام واجهات VB.NET و الأدوات المساعدة هنا لإنشاء خوارزمية إعادة صياغة المقالات المرسلة إلى المجلات التي سيتم نشرها و التي تضمنت تعليمات تنسيق صارمة للمؤلفين.
حقق النظام المقترح نتائج جيدة مقارنة بالطرق البدوية أو التقليدية من خلال تقليل الوقت اللازم لإعادة صياغة المقالات بنسبة 66% و زيادة النسبة المئوية للتوافق بين الورقة العلمية و قالب المجلة إلى معدلات مقبولة و التي وصلت إلى مدى من 95 % إلى 99٪.

This study presents a proposed system to improve articles’ reformatting upon scientific journals instructions and templates.
The manual reformatting method used by authors and editors needs so much time and efforts, the proposed system is semi-automatic system reducing both time and efforts to a considerable rate.
A VB.NET interfaces and utilities are used here to construct a reformatting algorithm of articles sent to journals to be published which included a strict format instruction for authors.
The proposed system achieved good results comparing to manual or traditional methods by reducing the time needed to reformat the articles by 66% and increasing the percent of compatibility between the article and the journal format or template to an acceptable rate, which reaches to a range of 95% to 99%.
