The sexual deviation phenomenon among the primary schools students is one of the dangerous phenomenon which is threatening students' future socially and psychologically and educationally .Thus the researcher aim is to study The leading factors to this deviation and after seeing the previous literatures and studies the researcher set a group of factors which include a number of items .After checking the steadfastness of characteristics of resolution scale .It applied on a sample include 20% of the total research community by(343) schools manage of primary school from the General Directorate Of Education Baghdad Al-Rusafa /3 .

It is about (68) schools management by(30)questionnaires for boys schools &(26) for girls schools &(12) for mixed schools .To achieve the aim of the research the researcher adopted some statistical methods like center weighted ,centric weight and Pearson coefficient of correlation.

So the researcher came to a set of results the most prominent one is the sexual deviation at primary schools .As a result of the social ,economic ,educational, religious ,cultural and security issues .In the light of the research the researcher presented number of recommendation to some directorate of the ministry.
