As well as to identify the relationship between psychological compatibility and motivation to achieve sports in the players of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah football * The imposition of research is a real correlation between the psychological compatibility and motivation achievement in the players of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah football used descriptive method descriptive method and the relationship The research sample consisted of (25) players from the team of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah football and the relationship was found to be significant statistical significance and the researchers used tools and tools to collect information The results of the research included the results, analysis and discussion in a scientific way, through which the achievement of the goals and verification of the hypothesis was achieved.

The research appeared in several conclusions.
