In this paper, we analyze the legal aspects of Options contracts, Which is one of the most important types of derivative contracts, Where we address the definition of the meaning of the Options contracts, as a modern contract in practice, on the one hand, and new on the legal thought on the other.

As well as the statement of the different types of Options contracts, and the distinction between them and other derivatives contracts.

We also deal with the legality of selection contracts in Islamic jurisprudence and positive law, determine the legal adaptation of selection contracts, and specify the controls to which selection contracts are subject.

Finally we show the party that deals with the selection contracts, and how to resolve the disputes arising from this type of contract.
