Indicators of suicide among yoimg Palestinians and its relationship to some variables Research objective: This study aimed to investigate the Indicators of suicide among young Palestinians and its relationship to some variables.

Research Methodolog: The methodology employed in this study was descriptive method which dealt with the Indicators of suicide among Palestinian Youth.

Quantitative method was used.

Appropriate statistical analyses were conducted using statistical software packages (SPSS).

Additionally, a random sample was used, which consisted of (694) Youths from the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Research Findings: The present study offers following findings -It show’s that the average indicators of suicide among college students and smdents of schools in the West amounted to 2.52 and this is high when compared with many of the international studies -.No significant statistical differences exists between indicators of suicide scale and indicators of suicide among college students and smdents of schools to some Variables -place of residence; Gender, the area of housing, and religion -The results showed that statistical significance exists between indicators of suicide and the Variables whether previously been taking any drugs, and whether I thought previously to commit suicide.

The results of Multiple Regression Analysis showed that the predicted variable of suicide was by have you ever been taking any drugs.

-Multiple Regression Analysis also reveals that Have you ever been taking any drugs is the strongest independent predictor of indicators of suicide (R2=.232).

One of the main recommendations of the study is Parents need to follow up their children socially, and psychologically healthy, and the need to find a warm dialogue within the family, and listen to the problems and concerns of children.
