The research aims to identify the effects of the internet among the students of Tikrit University, as well as to identify the effects of the Internet on the students of the University of Tikrit according to the following variables (preferred sites - the study period - the number of times the Internet was used - the number of hours of use - the place of use) The sample consists of 55) students selected by the method (35), and verified the validity and stability of the scale, they used the following statistical means: (Alpha-Cronbach equation, arithmetic mean, exclusion P standard, repetition, percentage).

The following results were reached: 1 - the use of foreign search engines by students of the University of Tikrit.
