This study was carried out at the poultry farm of animal resources Dep.

College of Agriculture –University of Al-anbar during the period from 28/2/2013 to 18/4/2013(49days).The objective of this study was investigated the effect of supplementation different levels of citric acid and acetic acid to Broiler diets on Physiological characteristics of broiler, used 273 one day unsexed chicks (rose 308) were randomly distributed on seven treatments with three replicates( 13 chicks /replicate) and each treatment were as follows : Treatment 1: control diet.

Treatment 2: Basal diet + 2 citric acid gm/kg diet.

Treatment 3: Basal diet + 4 citric acid gm/kg diet.

Treatment 4: Basal diet + 6 citric acid gm/kg diet.

Treatment 5: Basal diet + 2 acetic acid gm/kg diet.

Treatment 6: Basal diet + 4 acetic acid gm/kg diet.

Treatment 7: Basal diet + 6 acetic acid gm/kg diet.

The results showed In 21 days aged, showed significant increase in WBC , heterophils , lymphocytes and heterophils-lymphocyte ratio for T5,T4,T2 and T4 respectively , also in 42 days aged , showed significant increase inheterophils , lymphocytes and heterophils-lymphocyte ratio for T4 ,T2,3 and T4 respectively , while there were no significant changes in PCV ,RBC and Hb in age 21 days and also in 42 days in addition to WBC.

Characteristics biochemical test for broiler blood plasma showed significant increase at albumin concentration on adding C.A.

6 g/kg feed (T4) and significant increase for GOT enzyme on adding C.A.

4 g/kg feed (T3) in age 21 days while glucose increased significantly on adding A.A.

4 g/kg feed (T6) , and total protein on adding A.A.

2 g/kg feed (T5) and GOT continue increasing in age 42 days in T3 and T5.
