The study aimed to shed the light on the Palestinian curriculum to see how it observance the right of return concept, and this study sought to determine the degree of including the right of return concept in the social studies curricula at the basic stage in Palestine.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive approach using content analysis method, through analyzing the Social studies curricula content in Palestine.

While the study population and its sample consisted of social studies curricula (history, geography, national education, civic education) assessed on graders (first to tenth) and applied to the students in Palestine during the academic year 2015/2016 m.

The study concluded that: 1.

The number of times that the right of return concept which stated in the history curriculum to all grades of the main stage as a whole (2) times, as shown in the History of the ninth grade contained the right of return concept , where the right of return concept in this book (2) times as percentage (100 %).

in National Education curriculum, the right of return concept was reported in all the grades of the main stage as a whole (29) times, as can be seen that more subjects to contain the right of return concept is the book of the eighth grade, where the right of return concept stated in this book (11) times as per (38 %) of the total availability in all the subjects as a whole, while the curricula of 1,2,3,4 ,6,7th grade lacked any reference to the right of return concept.

While in Civic Education curriculum for all grades where the right of return concept stated (2) times, as shown in the Civic Education curriculum of the seventh grade contained the right of return concept, where the right of return concept in this book (2) times as percentage (100 %).

While the concept did not respond in the books of geography as the percentage is (00%).

Finally, according to these results, the study recommended that: it is necessity to enrich the content of the right of return concept in the new Palestinian curriculum , and the sequence in putting forward the issue in proportion to the age of students, as well as put the right of return concept systematically in line with the aspirations of the people and the values of society and get away from the random within the framework of comprehensive emphasizes the Palestinian constants
