فاعلية برامج تدريب المشرفين التربويين في ممارسة دور الإسناد التربوي في وزارة التربية و التعليم الأردنية من وجهة نظر المشرفين المساندين

The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the educational supervisors training programs in practicing educational mentoring- coaching in the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the mentor- coach supervisors perspective attributed to region directorate, gender, , specialty and supervising experience.

The stratum random-selected sample of the study consisted of (300) supervisor's both male and female.

In order to achieve the goals of the study two tools were developed, the first one contained (37) questions and was about the subjects of the training programs that offer to the supervisors, meanwhile, the other one contained (25) questions and was role of Mentor-Coach supervising.

The study results indicated that the training programs and practicing mentoring-coaching in general were in the middle (about average).

Moreover, there was a positive co-relational relationship between the training programs and the effectiveness of mentoring-coaching practice.

Consequently, the study presented some recommendations such as: improving the training programs according to the role of mentoring-coaching, considering the supervisors’ needs when developing the training programs, reconsidering mentoring-coaching tasks according to the real current situation in the field.
