The study aimed to identify the evaluation of social service institutions in the governorate of Salfeet, from the point of view of employees, the study depended on the variable sex, education level, years of experiences The two researchers have used the descriptive approach, due to its suitability for the purposes of the study, where a questionnaire designed to collect data included (30) paragraphs or article, which were divided into two scopes, the study was authenticated, the study tool of stability and then distributed to the study society members.

The study result showed that the highest averages were in the field that the criteria used by the institutions to provide services was clear, and the lowest averages in the majority of internal programs are not linked to the outside community to the benefited ones.

The results show that there were no statistically significant differences in the assessment of social service institutions in the performance of Salfeet governorate from the view point of employees depending on the variable sex differences, education level, years of experience.

Through the results of the study, the two researchers made a number of recommendations 1.

Provide a dedicated team in the field of assessing workers in the public sector evaluation.

working with institutions which supply all new in their fields, and allow them to exercise the given importance of educational communication between the field and the practice of social service.

The need for the participation of employees in social institutions in educational meetings which could be organized by colleges and universities in order to view the associated profession and the methods of dealing with them in order make them gain experience, skills and developments.
